A double-walled clear glass mug filled with a layered coffee drink sits on a table outdoors, with a scenic lake and mountains blurred in the background and warm sunlight casting shadows on a terracotta wall.
The Comoccino
Ingredients
  • 3/4 oz Como Speziale Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 1 shot Espresso or Strong Coffee
  • 6 oz Milk or Oat Milk

The Comoccino

Method

  1. Brew the espresso and pour it into a cup.
  2. Add the salted caramel syrup and stir to combine.
  3. Steam the milk until hot and velvety, then pour over the espresso, holding back the foam.
  4. Finish by spooning a light layer of foam on top.

Garnish & Finish

Optional: drizzle a touch of caramel over the foam or add a light pinch of flaky salt for contrast. Serve warm, allowing the aromatics to rise with each sip.

Serving Note

A cozy twist on a café favorite — the salted caramel enhances the espresso’s natural richness while adding a soft sweetness, resulting in a smooth, balanced drink that feels both familiar and elevated.
