Ingredients
  • 2 oz Bourbon or Rye
  • 1/4 oz Como Speziale Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Salted Caramel Old Fashioned

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently for 20–25 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
  3. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.

Garnish & Finish
Float a dried apple wheel on top and rest some cherries across the glass.
Express the aromatics gently as you serve.
